CSIR UGC NET June 2025 Registration : If you want to become a research or assistant professor in any subject related to science, then there is good news for you. NTA has started the application process for CSIR UGC NET June 2025. Candidates who want to appear in this exam can fill the form by visiting the website csirnet.nta.ac.in.
When can the application be made?
Start: 3 June 2025
Last date: 23 June 2025
Last date to pay fees: 24 June 2025 (till 11:59 pm)
Opportunity to correct the form: 25 and 26 June 2025
Exam dates: 26 to 28 July 2025
Who can give this exam?
For JRF (Junior Research Fellowship), the age should not be more than 30 years.
There is no age limit for the post of Lecturer or Assistant Professor.
Educational Qualification: M.Sc. or any recognized degree equivalent to it requires at least 55% marks.
In which subjects will the exam be held?
CSIR UGC NET is only for the faculty related to science and technology. It includes the following subjects:
- Chemical Science
- Life Science
- Physical Science
- Mathematical Science
- Science related to earth, sea, atmosphere and planets
What will be the mode of examination?
- The paper will be taken in online (CBT mode).
- All questions will be of multiple choice (MCQ) type.
- There will be an option in both Hindi and English languages.
- There will be a separate paper for each subject.

1. First of all go to the official website: csirnet.nta.ac.in
2. Click on the “Registration” section and register yourself.
3. Login and fill in all the information asked.
4. Upload documents and pay the fee.
5. Submit the form and take a printout of it.

Do not give any wrong information while filling the form, otherwise your form may be rejected.
It is important to pay the fee on time, otherwise the form will be considered incomplete.
