L&T Off Campus Eligibility Criteria 2025 :
Students Eligibility Criteria
- All applicants should have completed their full time educational program including 10th, 12th (+2 / Pre-University Courses / Diploma) with an aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA in each of their program.
- Graduation scores basis the latest available marks should be an aggregate of 60% or 6.75 CGPA
- No backlogs at the time of application.
- Selected candidates to ensure to pass their final year examination in the first attempt.
- Minimum hiring age is 18 years at the time of joining.
The details of the L&T Off Campus drive 2025 are as follows:
- Branch – Mechanical, Chemical, Instrumentation & Control, Mechatronics Engineering.
- Type of Offer – Full time (Associate Engineer Trainee)
- Compensation – Rupees Four Lakh One Hundred per annum only.
- Job Location – Across locations in India viz Mysore, Vadodara, Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune & Delhi. Final posting location will be solely based on business requirements and on management discretion.
- The selected students will hired as Trainee and will have to sign an undertaking/bond amounting to INR 2 Lakhs for a 2 years & 9 months period.

- Salary Break-up / Additional Info : The Period of training will be for up to 15 months from the date of initial commencement of training. First three months will be under classroom training with stipend of INR 25,000 / month, as an intern and next twelve months, post successful completion of classroom training, you will be on on-job training as Associate Engineer.
- Special Treatment:- GETs are considered as Future Assets of the company. It means being future assets they may treated by the company with great care. However still the attitude of your senior towards you will depend on how you represent yourself.
- Accommodation– They will provide fully furnished accommodation. But that depends on Projects and the Location of the Site.
- Food:- Company may Provide you Food card or coupon for Lunch at Cafeteria or they provide the arrange for food.
- Transportation:- In sites (Including site offices) company either provides you a vehicle (Motorcycle) or arranges a Car which will pick you from your Apartment to the Office.
- Snacks:- There is a provision of snacks for all, it depends on site. Some sites provides snacks and some gives you money for that (and sometimes you don’t get anything).
- Site Allowance:- If you’re posted in a site then your salary will be more as you’ll be getting Site allowance.
- Hardship Allowance:- If your site is located in a remote area then you may also get Hardship Allowance.
